In 2009, Debbie Thomas established the celebrated Thomas Hill Organic Kitchen in Paso Robles to showcase the abundance of fresh, local ingredients from the Central Coast. After proven success with the Paso Robles location, Thomas decided to take the leap and open a location in San Luis Obispo, an endeavor that we were more than happy to support!
After much anticipation and preparation, the San Luis Obispo location is now open for business. The menu features the same farm-to-table cuisine as the Paso Robles location and, of course, locally sourced organic ingredients. Including dishes like Butternut Squash Tater Tots with Lemon Herb Aioli, Local Black Cod with White Prawn, and a variety of wood-fired pizzas, the excitingly creative menu is bound to leave a lasting impression. The menu changes seasonally and you can be sure to expect delicious and unforgettable cuisine each and every time you visit the restaurant!
Hours for the San Luis Obispo Location are:
Brunch – Saturday & Sunday, 9am to 3pm
Lunch – Monday through Friday, 11am to 3pm
Dinner – Sunday through Thursday, 5pm to 10pm; Friday and Saturday 5pm to midnight.
