We know where we’ll be when the ball drops this week: Wining and dining though Executive Chef Eric Olson’s four courses of heavenly fare at the Allegretto Vineyard Resort’s Cello restaurant.
Called the Spirit of 2016, each course will be paired with your choice of wine or one of Cello’s signature farm-to-bar cocktails.
Highlights for this gourmet gala include, Abalone on the half shell with California caviar, Pacific Gold oyster and scallops matched with light and crisp vodka cucumber cocktail mixed with lemon flower syrup and lime.
And that’s just for starters!
There’ll be Champagne aplenty, plenty of good cheer and even hot toddies around the restaurant’s cozy fire pits.
